The subdivision of land; including the arrangement, character, extent, width, grade and location of all highways, streets, alleys, crosswalks, easements, sites for parks, playgrounds and schools, or other land to be dedicated for public use; shall conform to the Official Map of the City, approved by the Plan Commission-Zoning Board and adopted by the City Council as a part of the Official Plan of the City.
