In addition to the other remedies provided for herein, the city may proceed in accordance with the provisions of 425 Illinois Compiled Statutes 25/9-9e and in accordance with 65 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/11-31-1 or 5/11-31-2, or may pursue any other remedy provided by law, including immediate abatement of the nuisance in cases where the mayor and city council declare an emergency to exist.
