5-3-3: VEHICLES DECLARED A NUISANCE:

   A.   Inoperable Vehicles: Inoperable motor vehicles, as defined herein, whether on public or private property, are hereby declared to be a nuisance.

   B.   Unlicensed Vehicles: Any motor vehicle which does not display a valid registration plate(s), registration sticker(s), or driveway decal permit, whether on public or private property, is hereby declared to be a nuisance. (Ord. 16-01-0, 1-13-2016)
