The city of Countryside and the village of Hodgkins shall have joint jurisdiction for the enforcement of all laws of the state, and all of their respective ordinances, pertaining to the regulation and control of motor vehicles and motor vehicle traffic on both sides of Joliet Road, between the west line of LaGrange Road and the east line of East Avenue.
