5-1-5: DRIVING OVER CURBS, SIDEWALKS OR UNPAVED PARKWAYS PROHIBITED:
It shall be unlawful for any person:
   A.   To drive, push, draw or park any wagon, cart, automobile, truck or other vehicle across or over the pavement curbing or sidewalk on any public way in the city, except in connection with building operations on the adjoining property and then only when such curbing has been fully protected against injury therefrom by the construction of a suitable driveway or crossing.    B.   To drive any motor vehicle over any portion of an unpaved parkway in the city. This restriction shall not apply to persons driving on gravel or other unimproved driveways. (1970 Code §4-1.04)
   C.   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to drive, push, draw or park any wagon, cart, automobile, truck or other vehicle across, over, upon or adjacent to the ditch enclosure between 57th Street and 58th Street from LaGrange Road to East Avenue. (Ord. 05-23-0, 7-13-2005)
   D.   It shall be unlawful for any person to permit a delivery vehicle to drive, push, draw or park any wagon, cart, automobile, truck or other vehicle across or over private property, the public right of way, pavement curbing or sidewalk on any public way in the city. For purposes herein, a customer of a delivery person is deemed to be responsible for the actions of a delivery person based upon an agent relationship at the time of delivery and subject to applicable fines and repair costs.
