4-2-5-10: VAGRANCY, LOITERING:
   A.   It shall be unlawful for any person to sleep on any highway, sidewalk, parking lot, public park, picnic ground, or on any other public or semipublic area, or upon the grounds of any other person in the city; or for any person to aid, assist, encourage or promote the same to be done by any other person.
   B.   It shall be unlawful for any person to sleep in the nighttime in any motor vehicle of any description parked on any highway, public beach, parking lot, picnic ground, or on any other public, or semipublic area; or in any motor vehicle of any description parked upon the grounds of any other person in the town; or for any reason to aid, assist, encourage, or promote the same to be done by any other person.
   C.   It shall be unlawful for any person to loiter or stroll in, about or upon any street, alley or other public way or public place, or at any public gathering or assembly, or in or around any store, shop, or business or other commercial establishment, or on any private property without lawful business and to act in a lewd, wanton or lascivious manner in speech or behavior.
   D.   It shall be unlawful for any person to loiter in or about or upon any street, alley or other public way or public place, or at any public gathering or assembly, or in or around any store, shop, or business or other commercial establishment, or on any private property without lawful business for the purpose of engaging in or soliciting any lewd or lascivious or any unlawful act.
   E.   It shall be unlawful for any person to loiter, remain or wander about in a public place for the purpose of begging. (Ord. 10-28-0, 5-26-2010)
