4-2-5-9: PROHIBITING BUSINESS SOLICITATIONS ON CITY OR PUBLICLY OWNED PROPERTY:
   A.   Solicitation: It shall be unlawful for any person or other entity, personally or through its agents, employees or servants, to solicit customers for the sale of any service or product upon any property owned by the city and/or any other unit of government, special district, or school district, without the express written consent of the corporate authorities or other governing body thereof, and in the case of the Flagg Creek Golf Course, the administrative board thereof.
   B.   Enforcement: In addition to the penalty provided for in section 4-2-7 of this chapter, any person or other entity violating this section shall be subject to immediate ejectment from the premises, arrest and injunction. (Ord. 10-28-0, 5-26-2010)
