4-2-5-3: POSSESSION OF PROPERTY BELONGING TO THE CITY:
   A.   No person shall, without being authorized, have in his control or possession any equipment, tools, implements, or other property belonging to the City. (Ord. 10-28-0, 5-26-2010)
