A. No person shall recklessly cause bodily harm to or endanger the bodily safety of an individual by any means, whether they otherwise are lawful or unlawful.
B. This section does not apply to any act that constitutes a felony as defined in section 12-5 of the Illinois criminal code. (Ord. 10-28-0, 5-26-2010)
