4-1-15: POLICE PERSONNEL BENEFITS:

Police personnel benefits such as vacation accrual, holidays, personal leave days, sick leave, maternity leave, and emergency leave, are governed by the police collective bargaining agreement from time to time in effect between the city and the bargaining agent. (Ord. 03-28-0, 8-27-2003)
