3-18-2: FEE:

Any licensed video gaming terminal operator shall be required to pay an annual fee of seven hundred dollars ($700.00) per terminal, which is placed for use at a licensed video gaming establishment within the city. The fee shall be paid in advance (January) to the city clerk. (Ord. 16-20-0, 4-13-2016)
