3-18-1: DEFINITIONS:
   LICENSED VIDEO GAMING ESTABLISHMENT: Any individual, corporation, limited liability corporation, organization, government, governmental subdivision, business trust, estate trust, trust, partnership, association and any other legal entity that has entered into a written use agreement with a licensed video gaming terminal operator for placement of video gaming terminals at the establishment.
   LICENSED VIDEO GAMING LOCATION: A licensed establishment, licensed fraternal establishment, licensed veterans' establishment, or licensed truck stop establishment, as defined in section 5 of the video gaming act 1 .
   LICENSED VIDEO GAMING TERMINAL OPERATOR: Any individual, corporation, limited liability corporation, organization, government, governmental subdivision, business trust, estate trust, trust, partnership, association and any other legal entity that has a valid terminal operator's license issued under 230 Illinois Compiled Statutes 40/5 the "video gaming act".
   VIDEO GAMING TERMINALS: Any electronic video game machine that, upon insertion of cash, is available to play or simulate the play of a video game, including, but not limited to, video poker, line up, and blackjack, as authorized by the board utilizing a video display and microprocessors in which the player may receive free games or credits that can be redeemed for cash. The term does not include a machine that directly dispenses coins, cash, or tokens or is for amusement purposes only. (Ord. 12-44-0, 8-22-2012; amd. Ord. 16-20-0, 4-13-2016)
