3-4-8-21: PENALTIES:
Any person violating the provisions of this section 3-4-8 shall be fined not more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation continues. (Ord. 04-45-0, 12-9-2004)
