3-4-8-6: REVOCATION OF LICENSE:
   A.   The city may, after providing opportunity for hearing as provided for in subsection B of this section, revoke the license for serious or repeated violations of any of the requirements of this code or for the interference with the city or the Cook County department of public health in the performance of their duties hereunder.
   B.   Prior to revocation, the city shall notify, in writing, the holder of the license, the person in charge of the licensed premises, or other agent of the license holder, of the specific reason(s) for which the license is to be revoked and that the license shall be revoked at the end of the ten (10) days following service of such notice unless a written request for hearing is filed with the office of the city clerk by the holder of the license within such ten (10) day period. If no request for hearing is filed within that ten (10) day period, the revocation of the license becomes final. (Ord. 04-45-0, 12-9-2004)
