It shall be unlawful for any person to operate or maintain a restaurant or an itinerant restaurant in the city, which does not possess a current unrevoked license for such business from the city. Only persons who comply with the requirements of this section 3-4-6 shall be entitled to receive and retain such a license. The license required hereunder shall be posted in a conspicuous place in that part of the restaurant to which the public has access. (1970 Code §8-15.35; amd. Ord. 04-45-0, 12-9-2004)
