3-4-6-1: DEFINITIONS:
The following definitions shall apply in the interpretation and enforcement of this section:
   ITINERANT RESTAURANT: One operating for a temporary period in connection with a fair, carnival, circus, public exhibition or other similar gathering.
   RESTAURANT: Any place that keeps for sale, sells and serves to the general public, for consumption on the premises, any article of food or drink for human consumption. Restaurants, ordinaries, coffeehouses, ice cream parlors, lunchrooms, tearooms, lunch stands, box lunch deliveries, luncheonettes, cafeterias and retail drugstores serving counter lunches and drinks, lounges, caterers and industrial food servers dispensing food or drinks to office personnel or employees of an industrial plant.
