A. Fee: See section 3-1-13 of this title.
B. License Required: Unless specifically licensed elsewhere in this chapter, it shall be unlawful for any food dealer or complimentary food dealer to engage in or do business in the city without having first secured a license therefor as required by this section. Applications for such licenses shall be made in compliance with the general provisions of this code relating thereto 1 , and shall state the kind of food intended to be sold, handled or processed.
C. Manufacturers Or Sellers Of Food: Any person licensed to manufacture or sell any of the foods for which a license is required by the terms of this chapter may conduct, on the same premises and in connection with the licensed business, any other business mentioned in this chapter without paying any additional fee therefor; provided that the fee paid for the licensed business is at least as great in amount as the fee required for the other business so conducted. But this section shall not be construed as to relieve any such applicant from the regulatory requirements of such business. (Ord. 00-38-0, 12-13-2000)
