A. License Required: It shall be unlawful to operate or conduct a golf driving range, miniature golf or putting course without first having obtained a license therefor. (1970 Code §§8-2.28, 8-2.31)
B. Fees: See section 3-1-13 of this title.
1. However, if a miniature golf course or putting course is operated on the same premises with and in connection with a golf driving range, only one license fee of three hundred dollars ($300.00) shall be required for both the miniature golf course or putting course and the golf driving range. C. Hours: It is unlawful for any person to operate or open for business any golf driving range, miniature golf or putting course in the city between the hours of eleven o'clock (11:00) P.M. and seven o'clock (7:00) A.M. (1970 Code §§8-2.30, 8-2.33)
