A. License Required: No person shall conduct or operate a circus or carnival in the city without first having obtained a license therefor. Applications for such licenses shall be made to the city clerk and shall specify the place in or on which the circus or carnival is conducted or open to the public. (1970 Code §8-2.25)
B. Fee: Fees for such licenses shall be two hundred dollars ($200.00) for each day during which the circus or carnival is conducted or open to the public. (Ord. 99-53-0, 11-29-1999)
C. Cheating: It shall be unlawful for any person to cheat, shortchange or otherwise defraud any person attending or about to attend a carnival or circus performance within the city. (1970 Code §8-2.27)
