A. No gambling or individual wager on any amusement device defined in section 3-3-2-1 of this chapter shall be permitted.
B. Maximum number of replays on an amusement device, at any one time, shall be:
2 when 1 person is playing
4 when 2 persons are playing
6 when 3 persons are playing
8 when 4 persons are playing
No device to remove replays shall be allowed in conjunction with amusement devices. No person shall buy back replays.
C. No license issued hereunder shall permit the operation of any such game or device at any place or in any manner which will disturb the peace and quiet of persons outside the licensed premises. (Ord. 91-27-0, 8-28-1991)
