From and after April 1, 2005, all landlords as defined herein shall within thirty (30) days of a tenant's taking possession of or vacating any commercial space under the landlord's control provide the office of the city clerk with the following information:
A. New Tenants: The tenant's full name and tenant's business name, if different; tenant's business telephone number; tenant's home address and telephone number; name and telephone number(s) of person(s) who may be contacted in case of emergency after normal business hours; term of lease; and type of business to be conducted by the tenant in or upon the commercial space under the landlord's control.
B. Departed Tenants: The date tenant surrendered possession of the premises and tenant's new address and telephone number, if known. (Ord. 04-44-0, 12-8-2004)
