A. Any person violating this chapter, except for failure to renew a business license, shall be punished according to section 1-4-1 of this code.
B. Any person or business in violation of failure to renew a business license will be subject to the following fine:
1. Failure to renew a business license by January 31 of the license year and while operating such business in violation of this section will be fined a minimum of two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00). (Ord. 12-28-0, 3-28-2012; Ord. 21-28-O, 8-11-2021; Ord. 22-05-O, 1-12-2022)
