A. Single Business, Multiple Locations: Any person operating a business at two (2) or more locations shall obtain a separate business license for each location regardless of whether or not the type of business carried on at each location is the same. (1970 Code §8-0.17)
B. Multiple Businesses, Single Location: Any person operating two (2) or more businesses licensed under this code shall obtain a separate license for each such business regardless of whether or not such businesses are operated at the same location. (1970 Code §8-0.18)
