A. Location Or Ownership: The change of location or of the ownership of any business licensed under this code shall automatically terminate that business license and necessitate application for a new license at its new location or under its new ownership. No license issued hereunder, or any right granted hereby, shall be, in any manner, assignable or transferable. (1970 Code §8-0.15)
B. Name: A change in the name of any business licensed hereunder shall not cause the termination of the business license, provided such change is reported to the office of the city clerk within fifteen (15) days after the same shall have occurred. Failure to so report a change of business name will result in automatic termination of the existing business license and necessitate application for a new license. (1970 Code §8-0.16)
