6-4-2: OPEN CUTOUT PROHIBITED:

No motor driven vehicle within the city shall be driven within the corporate limits with the cutout open. Any person violating this section shall be deemed guilty of an infraction and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 70, 8-9-1920; amd. 2015 Code)
