5-4-6: VAGRANCY:
   A.   Any person without visible means of support who, for a period of ten (10) days, shall loiter within the city without seeking employment, or shall lie and sleep in any outbuilding, street, alley or other place, other than a room fitted for that purpose, or shall loaf or loiter in or near any public building within the corporate limits of the city, or who shall beg or solicit alms, or any other idle and dissolute person, shall, within the meaning of this section, be deemed a vagrant and guilty of vagrancy.
   B.   Any person guilty of vagrancy as set forth in this section shall, upon conviction thereof, be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and any person so convicted shall be punishable as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 14, 2-9-1903; amd. 2015 Code)
