Any person who shall violate any of the terms or provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of an infraction and shall be punishable by a fine as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code, excluding court costs and fees. There is no right to a trial by jury of a citation or complaint for an infraction, and such trials shall be held before the court without a jury. (Ord. 388, 8-5-2003; amd. 2015 Code)
