The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to:
A. Any agency of the United States government, any state agency, any political subdivision of the state of Idaho, including, but not necessarily limited to, counties, school districts, irrigation districts, sewer districts, or fire districts.
B. Domestic servants, paper carriers, or casual labor not included as a temporary employee of an existing business. (Ord. 363, 6-6-2000)
