3-1-2: LICENSE REQUIRED; EXPIRATION:
No person shall engage in any business or activity in the city for which a license fee is imposed by this chapter without first having obtained and being a holder of a valid license, paid in full. Such license shall expire at the end of the calendar year in which it was issued. (Ord. 363, 6-6-2000)
