11-4-8: RESERVATION OF LAND FOR PARKS AND SCHOOLS:
Whenever the subdivider desires or proposes to reserve area for schools or parks and to be so designated on the subdivision plans, such reservation shall meet the standards of the city and/or school district, respectively. (Ord. 228, 12-15-1981)
