Any person, partnership, firm, LLC, LLP, corporation, developer, landowner, company, or any other entity which makes any request for any service, any permit, any request for any improvements or for any action from the city which causes the city to incur any engineering costs, either for engineering review or for any other reason, shall reimburse the city for those engineering expenses incurred by the city. The city shall be reimbursed for engineering costs even if the engineering services have not been requested, agreed to or contracted for by the party requesting the service. (Ord. 422, 1-9-2007)
