11-1-8: VALIDITY:
Should any section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, clause, or phrase of this title, or any particular application thereof, be declared unconstitutional or invalid for any reason by a court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this title. (Ord. 228, 12-15-1981)
