Within thirty (30) days after a decision by the city council has been rendered, the city clerk-treasurer shall provide the applicant with written notice of the action on the request. The applicant or any adversely affected person who appears in person or in writing before the city council may appeal the decision of the city council. (Ord. 383, 9-10-2002; amd. 2015 Code)
