10-5-7: SUPPLEMENTARY CONDITIONS AND SAFEGUARDS:
In granting any conditional use, the city council may prescribe appropriate conditions, bonds and safeguards which are in conformity with this chapter. Violation of such conditions, bonds or safeguards, when made a part of the terms under which the conditional use is granted, shall be deemed a violation of this chapter. (Ord. 383, 9-10-2002)
