A. Lot Area: No minimum.
B. Minimum Lot Width: None.
C. Yards:
1. Front yard: Same as the commercial districts.
2. Side yards: None required except adjacent to a residential district, in which case, it shall not be less than twenty five feet (25').
3. Rear yard: None required except adjacent to a residential district, in which case, it shall be not less than twenty five feet (25').
D. Open Spaces: All parkway areas are to be landscaped and maintained as open space except where access driveways and walks preclude such landscaping. In no event should parkway areas be used to provide required parking or loading space. (Ord. 319, 4-11-1995)
