10-1-2: LOT AND YARD REQUIREMENTS:

   A.   Minimum Lot Area: Seven thousand five hundred (7,500) square feet.

   B.   Minimum Lot Width: Seventy five feet (75'). See title 11 of this code.

   C.   Yards:

      1.   Front Yard: Not less than twenty five feet (25') or the established setback line. See title 11 of this code.

      2.   Side Yards: Seven and one-half feet (71/2') from eaves to property line, with a combined total of both side yards of not less than fifteen feet (15') from eaves to eaves.

      3.   Rear Yard: Not less than fifteen feet (15'). (Ord. 319, 4-11-1995)
