9-5-8-10: ALTERATIONS AND ADDITIONS:

No permanent additions of any kind shall be built onto nor become a part of any mobile home. Skirting of the mobile home is required, but such skirting shall not provide a harborage for rodents or create a fire hazard. Hay, straw or paper materials will not be approved. The wheels of the mobile home may be removed. (Ord. 236, 5-10-1983)
