9-5-8-7: SERVICE BUILDINGS FOR DEPENDENT MOBILE HOMES:
   A.   Every mobile home park that accepts or accommodates dependent mobile homes shall provide adequate flush type toilet fixtures and laundry facilities. In no instance shall there be less than one laundry unit, two (2) water closets, one lavatory and one shower or bathtub for women; and one water closet, one urinal, one lavatory and one shower or bathtub for men.
   B.   The facilities listed in subsection A of this section shall be the minimum required facilities to accommodate up to twenty (20) dependent mobile homes. One additional lavatory for each sex shall be provided for every ten (10) additional dependent mobile homes; and one additional shower or bathtub for each sex for every twenty (20) additional dependent mobile homes. Dependent mobile homes shall be parked not more than two hundred feet (200') from the service buildings.
   C.   Each water closet and shower shall be in a separate compartment with self-closing doors on all water closet compartments. The shower stall shall be approximately three feet by three feet (3' x 3') in area. Showers for women shall have a dressing compartment with stool or bench. The room containing the laundry trays shall be separate from the toilet rooms and shall have an exterior entrance only.
   D.   Service buildings shall:
      1.   Be located fifteen feet (15') or more from any mobile home space.
      2.   Be of permanent construction and be adequately lighted.
      3.   Be of moisture resistant material to permit frequent washing and cleaning. (Ord. 236, 5-10-1983)
      4.   Have sufficient toilet and laundry facilities, according to requirements promulgated by the Southwest district health officer, to serve adequately both males and females. (Ord. 236, 5-10-1983; amd. 2015 Code)
      5.   Have adequate heating facilities to maintain a temperature of seventy degrees Fahrenheit (70°F) during cold weather, and to supply a minimum of three (3) gallons of hot water per hour per mobile home space during time of peak demands.
      6.   Have all rooms well ventilated, with all openings effectively screened. (Ord. 236, 5-10-1983)
