9-5-7: MOBILE HOMES AND PARKS IN ANNEXED AREAS:

If a mobile home or mobile home park is located in an area proposed for annexation to the city, the annexed mobile home or park shall meet all the requirements for a new mobile home or park as set forth in this chapter before being annexed. (Ord. 236, 5-10-1983; amd. 2015 Code)
