9-4-5: VIOLATION; PENALTY:
A violation of any of the codes adopted in this chapter shall be deemed a misdemeanor punishable as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code per violation. (Res. 315, 1-10-1995, eff. 1-10-1995; amd. 2015 Code)
