8-2-6: VIOLATION; PENALTY:
Violation of any provision of this chapter or any provision of any order or resolution shall be deemed a misdemeanor which shall subject the violator thereof to the penalties provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 204, 2-10-1976; amd. 2015 Code)
