No person having charge or control of any schoolroom or school, public or private, shall admit any person recently ill of, or exposed to, any disease of the classes specified in Section 1723.01, except on presentation of a certificate of recovery issued by the Board of Health of the City, or the recently ill person’s primary care physician.
