(a) Any person who refuses or neglects to pay the license fee required by Section 729.02(c), except as otherwise provided herein, within forty-eight hours after demand therefor, shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Each day that any person maintains and operates a temporary store more than forty-eight hours after the demand, without having paid the license fee or without having executed a bond as provided in Section 729.03(b), shall constitute a separate offense.
(b) Whoever violates any provision of Section 729.06 shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor. (1993 Code 120.99)
