§ 110.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which a specific penalty is not otherwise provided shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and fined not more than $500.
   (B)   Whoever violates the provisions of § 110.06 shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $100 for each offense.
