The operator of any business, trade, profession, or otherwise, that continues to operate after July 31 of any fiscal year without a license shall be subject, upon conviction, to a fine as set forth in § 110.99, in addition to the penalty provisions of § 110.05, for each day of such operation. Each day of such operation shall constitute a separate offense. Any business, trade, profession, or otherwise starting after July 31 of any fiscal year shall be subject to like penalties for failure to secure a license when due.
