§ 110.13 SCHEDULE OF FEES.

   The following amounts are the fees to be paid by each applicant when applying for an occupational license as required by §§ 110.01 and 110.03. The fees indicated are annual amounts unless otherwise noted.

Machine license for all coin-operated machines and amusement devices located in places of business and operated for profit

      (1)   Any lawful coin- or token-operated machine or

         device which contains no element of chance and

         which as a result of depositing a coin, token,

         or other object automatically by or through

         some mechanical operation affords music or

         amusement of some character with or without

         vending any merchandise, but in addition to any

         such merchandise shall be subject this division.

         Such coin-operated amusement machines shall not

         include any bona fide merchandise vending machine

         in which there is incorporated no amusement

         features. (KRS 137.010)

      (2)   Pursuant to KRS 137.410 there is hereby

         established a license fee upon each coin-operated

         amusement machine, and also upon any electrically-

         operated machine operated as a game or for pleasure

         and entertainment by the general public, per year          10
