(A) Any person receiving a citation for any parking violation in the city shall be fined in an amount not less than $20 nor more than $100. (KRS 189.990(1))
(B) Whoever violates any provision of § 72.13 of this code of ordinances shall be fined not less than $5 nor more than $100. Failure to remove or relocate the said vehicle or trailer shall subject the vehicle or trailer to removal by the city at the expense and responsibility of the owner of said property.
