§ 72.13 PROHIBITING ON-STREET PARKING.
   (A)   Definitions. For the purpose of this chapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   "SUBSTANTIALLY." To remove or relocate to private property the said vehicle or trailer from any street or public right-of-way within the City of Corydon.
   "TRAILER." Any vehicle designed to be drawn by a motor vehicle.
   "VEHICLE." A machine propelled by power or other than human power, designed to travel along the ground, or by water, by use of wheels, treads, runners or slides, and transport persons or property or pull machinery, and shall include without limitation automobile, truck trailer, motorcycle, tractor, buggy, wagon, 4-wheeler, 3-wheeler, boat, whether or not equipped with a motor, and all vehicles passing over or on the said public streets.
   (B)   No person shall stop, stand or park any object, trailer or vehicle, including but not limited to boats, campers, tractor trailers or trailers on any City street for more than any one 72-hour period. The owner or operator of the said vehicle or trailers, shall be required to substantially relocate the trailer or vehicle in order not be in violation of this section.
