(a) Wall signs and marquee signs shall be permanently and safely fastened to the building or other structure on which they are to be mounted.
(b) Marquee signs shall be mounted so as not to interfere with pedestrian movement below their mounting location. Marquee signs shall be a minimum of 7'-6" above grade and all of sign must be behind right-of-way.
(c) Both marquees and wall signs shall meet the size and location requirement listed in Section 1321.15. (Ord. 0-19-09. Passed 5-18-09.)
