§ 32.26 ASSESSMENT FIGURES.

(A) The city, in lieu of directing a triennial assessment, hereby accepts the county’s assessment figures and agrees to become subject to the provisions of the Consolidated County Assessment Law, 53 Pa.C.S. §§ 8801 et seq., as amended.

(B) The city shall use the county’s assessment figures at 100% of the assessed value.
